This is my example of an analogous photo with the green accounting for the blue and yellow, and of course, the red raspberries. This is a pie I made for a friend's birthday! MMM!
This monochromatic photo was taken at the storage facility used by my cousin while moving from Maine to Vermont. After we took everything out of the unit, I looked down and leaf prints were embedded in the cement. I thought it was very pretty, so I took some photos!
This photo was taken at an ice cream shop in upstate New York. I loved the colors against eachother. Even though the blue gives a chilling feeling, the thought of the flowers warms up the photo. This is my example of a complementary color scheme.
Ammanda, these are very nice photos! I really like the pie! It is certainly a work of art!
ReplyDeleteI agree with you also about the leaf in the cement. Just from the shadows the indent created, it looks like it is in 3D!
Great job!
Ammanda I too like the pie. Great contrast with the red and green. Looks very inviting and food is the way to a man's soul! The leaft is very cool. I think that this makes a nice monochromatic color scheme...the gray does make the photo seem cold.
ReplyDeleteI love how the picture of the pie came out, it really captures a feeling of warmth and comfort. It also looks so yummy, I can not make pie crust at all.
ReplyDeleteI saw these, Ammanda. I'm not sure why a zero was recorded for you. I'll need to check the two people on either side of you in the grade book, this might have been one of those types of errors.
